Aguas y Saneamiento Consultores Ltd (Water and Sanitation Consulting Ltd, A y S Consultores Ltda.) was created on the 22nd  of January 2002, as a Limited Company (according to chilean commercial laws), as registered in the Santiago notary of Sergio Carmona and registered in the Real Estate Register (Sheet 26666, N° 2099) the 23 of January 2002.

Its partners are:
